Job Description The IT-CRM team at Western Digital is responsible for enabling our marketing, sales and support teams with cutting edge applications built on Salesforce platform. We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce developer who will be responsible for working with the business analyst teams to convert the given business requirements into technical solutions and implement them on the Salesforce Platform. You will be expected to: Build complex functions and processes on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Develop new user interfaces using lightning components Build customer and partner portals on Salesforce Communities Collaborate with a diverse team of Analysts, Developers, and SMEs Communicate and present your work in a clear and simple manner Apply best practices and develop for re-use and scale You will also be expected to: A self-starter who strives on continual improvement Have a passion for finding simple and effective solution to complex problems Have superb communication skills Flexible and has a willingness to learn and try innovative approaches Open minded and able to adapt quickly to change
