Prioritized list of custom components that need to be migrated to Lightning Web Component. Actions to optimize usage and performance. Code analysis tools to analyze custom codes and their efficiency Design solution on the principles of configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org. Use Lightning Flows to Automate some of processing needs. Reduction in Technical debt. Bring enabler and thought leadership to help with higher user adoption.
