Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Developer

to join our Salesforce consulting team as a Package Consultant. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with a strong command of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Advanced Apex, and Integration techniques. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
Implement and manage integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Configure and automate business processes using Flows and declarative tools.
Enforce and manage Salesforce Security Model, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
Utilize Git for version control and implement effective branching strategies.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning of custom Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, design, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Strong hands-on experience in LWC, Advanced Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers), and SOQL/SOSL.
Deep understanding of Integration mechanisms: REST APIs, Platform Events, CDC.
