Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Developer/Lead

with deep expertise in

CRM Tableau, Einstein Analytics, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Customization, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce development projects, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver end-to-end projects on the Salesforce platform for a specific line of business.
Own overall
technical design, architecture, and delivery
of Salesforce-based solutions.
Design and implement scalable solutions on the
Force.com
platform.
Review and understand business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to ensure completeness before development.
Develop, configure, and customize applications using
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
.
Drive delivery across multiple geographies and business units with a diverse user base.
Ensure code quality, configuration management, and process adherence across the team.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and allocate resources effectively.
Hire, train, and retain skilled Salesforce developers.
Oversee transition-to-support (hyper-care) and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Define and institutionalize delivery standards and best practices for Salesforce product development.

Key Requirements:

5 8 years
of development experience, including
4+ years
in Salesforce.com development (Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, Communities, Visualforce).
Hands-on experience with
CRM Tableau and Einstein Analytics

mandatory

Strong knowledge of
Sales Cloud
,
Service Cloud
, and
Integration
.
Excellent web development skills:
JavaScript, Ajax, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, Bootstrap
.
Expertise in
Salesforce declarative configuration
(Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
Experience in
data migration
between Salesforce environments.
Proficiency with
version control tools (e.g., GitHub)
.
Salesforce
Admin
,
App Developer
, and
Platform Developer I (PD1)
certifications required.
Salesforce
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
certifications mandatory.
Experience with
SSO
,
ERP integration
, and
Agile methodologies
(user stories, product backlog, sprints).
