Job Overview: The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our Sales, Marketing and Management Team. Responsibilities: Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and solutions. Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions. Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture, including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions. Offer creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation. Provide industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 - 9 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Proven experience with the configuration/administration of Salesforce Service Cloud Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with excellent verbal written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
