Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using
OmniStudio tools
.
Build and maintain
OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers as needed.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices in Salesforce development.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware where applicable.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and OmniStudio features and capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years
of Salesforce development experience.
Minimum
12 years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity)
.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
Proficiency in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
, and
Salesforce APIs
.
Experience with
Salesforce declarative tools
(Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
Familiarity with
Salesforce best practices
for development and deployment (CI/CD, Git, etc.).
Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g.,
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant
).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
