Shift Time Zone: Candidates should be flexible to work until midnight India time as needed Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as experience with Site development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions to meet our evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to automate business processes and enhance system functionality. Develop and maintain high-quality Lightning Web Components to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces. Build and customize Salesforce Experience Sites to deliver engaging digital experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Strong proficiency in Apex programming (classes, triggers, and Visualforce) In-depth knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Site.com Understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred qualifications, skills and experience: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, II) are a plus Why Join Us?
