Salesforce Salesforce support tasks, user maintenance, report/dashboard updates, and bug fixes Analyze, fix-, unit test, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and integrations Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ticket solving & technical solutions. Ensure solutions align with Salesforce and AppFolio best practices and security standards. Coordinate with designated client PoCs and get involved in Defect triaging. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements. Manage deployment based on customer needs Skill sets Salesforce Cloud - Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud LWC, APEX, Triggers, Flows, Object Oriented programming Integrations - MuleSoft, Managed Packages like (Zuora, DocuSign, Conga, Lean Data, Marketo, Mastercard Payments, Calendly. Skill jar etc. CI/CD basics, git hub, Autorabit - Need to understand the basics Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Advanced Administrator Platform Developer JavaScript Developer
