Salesforce Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Salesforce Configuration, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery is mandatory, and experience with Slack and Mulesoft is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex (Customization), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs and Salesforce solutions. Create and maintain Salesforce declarative functionalities, including workflows, process builders, flows, triggers, and validation rules. Perform data migration activities efficiently using Data Loader or other third-party tools. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs , ensuring seamless data flow and communication. Ensure code quality through thorough unit testing and facilitate deployment through CI/CD tools , providing post-deployment support as needed. Maintain platform security and ensure strict adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Utilize JavaScript/jQuery for front-end development and enhanced user experiences within Salesforce. (Optional) Leverage knowledge of Slack for collaborative development and communication. (Optional) Utilize experience with Mulesoft for complex integration scenarios. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform security and best practices.
