Salesforce CPQ/ Revenue Cloud QA

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Test and validate Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud features to ensure everything works smoothly and meets business needs. Work closely with the development team to create and carry out manual tests for CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions. Perform thorough testing on Salesforce CPQ , including product catalog, pricing, discounts, quotes, and approval processes. Test the key features of Revenue Cloud , such as subscription management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition to make sure everything functions correctly. Ensure that Sales Cloud , CPQ , and Revenue Cloud work seamlessly together, particularly when it comes to data flow and reporting. Maintain and update test cases for new features, bug fixes, and enhancements. Track and report on test results and quality metrics, providing insights that help improve the system. Work with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand testing needs and make sure to meet project goals. Identify any bugs or issues , document them, and collaborate with the development team to get them fixed. Stay up to date with the latest features in Salesforce CPQ , Revenue Cloud , and Sales Cloud , and make sure to test new updates as they come out. Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, helping plan sprints and ensuring testing milestones are met on time. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of QA experience , especially with Salesforce CPQ , Revenue Cloud , and Sales Cloud . Solid experience in testing Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ , such as configuring products, pricing, quotes, and approvals. Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud , including subscription management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Experience using automated testing tools (like Selenium, AccelQ, Provar, or Apex test classes ) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when it comes to writing and running test cases, tracking bugs, and reporting issues. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum teams, and the ability to work well in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Great communication skills , with the ability to explain issues and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Salesforce certifications , like Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant , are a plus. NP- Immediate Joiners Only
