Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Business Analyst

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions, specifically for Salesforce CPQ , Revenue Cloud , and Sales Cloud . Help design and improve processes around Salesforce CPQ , such as product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals, to make sure everything works smoothly. Work on Revenue Cloud features like subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition, ensuring these processes meet business needs and are easy to use. Make sure Sales Cloud integrates well with CPQ and Revenue Cloud , keeping everything aligned and running smoothly. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that the right features are implemented correctly. Create clear documentation, including business requirements , process flows, and user stories, to guide development and testing. Gather feedback from users, track any issues, and suggest improvements to make the system better over time. Help ensure that all solutions meet the business goals and that the team delivers them on time. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ , Revenue Cloud , and Sales Cloud . Extensive experience on Salesforce CPQ , including product catalogs, pricing models, discounting, and quote generation. Experience with Revenue Cloud subscription management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition, is a big plus Sound experience and knowledge of how Sales Cloud works and how it integrates with CPQ and Revenue Cloud to create a seamless experience. Ability to gather and analyze requirements from business teams and translate them into clear, actionable user stories. Strong communication skills, able to talk to both technical and non-technical teams and explain complex ideas clearly. Ability to work closely with development teams to ensure the right solutions are built and implemented. Notice Period- Maximum 15 Days
