Qualifications & Skills: 12+ years of experience in IT, enterprise systems, or business applications management, with a focus on Salesforce and related platforms. Proven hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including administration, configuration, and system integration. Strong functional understanding and practical experience across Lead-to-Cash and Support business processes, particularly within Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams within fast-paced, global environments.
