Role : Salesforce Functional Consultant

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

• Be an expert on the core business applications and all platform/technology related changes for quoting through invoicing applications with Salesforce CPQ.
• Be the voice and face of the CPQ applications within your functional area.
• Support the end-to-end product management process from idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and delivery.
• Facilitate and lead effective discussions during meetings with stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives.
• Research solutions and formulate proposals to solve requests from internal customers.
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce and Integration systems.
• Identify, advance, and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity for stakeholders
• Drive Blueprinting phase on Salesforce CPQ stack.
• Perform system administration including administering user accounts security roles profiles workflows etc.,
• Minimum 6-10 years of SFDC CPQ relevant experience
• Salesforce CPQ certified preferred
• Quote to Cash/Bill process background with Salesforce CPQ (Minimum 2 project implementation in CPQ)
• Lead the discussion with Salesforce CPQ designer with Architects Board (Design Integrity Forum) to get the design approvals as per Architectural principals. Train the team as needed.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant , he will work with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategy and own the end-to-end lifecycle of the quoting to invoicing systems. Will work with our business and technical teams on design, building solution components, unit testing, and driving forward initiatives around the globe.
