• Position Overview

  Growbiz Solutions is looking for a

  Salesforce Functional Consultant + Project Coordinator

  who will act as the bridge between clients and our technical team. This role combines

  Business Analysis

  Project Coordination

  Light Project Management

  in a fast-paced Salesforce consulting environment.You will work closely with:

• CEO
• Pod Leads (Senior Developers)
• Developers
• QA Team
• Customers

Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis (30%)

• Attend client meetings to understand business processes
• Translate customer requirements into clear documentation
• Prepare

  User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Use Cases

• Identify gaps and propose Salesforce best-practice solutions
• Work with Pod Leads to confirm technical feasibility
• Maintain functional documentation for each project

2. Project Coordination & Communication (40%)

• Create and maintain project backlogs in Click Up/Jira
• Assign tasks to developers based on Pod Leads input
• Follow up on task progress daily
• Conduct daily standups (with Pod Lead support)
• Schedule demos, UAT cycles, and planning meetings
• Communicate updates to customers
• Track risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Prepare weekly project status reports

3. Project Management Responsibilities (30%)

• Assist in sprint planning and timeline creation
• Maintain delivery schedules and escalate risks
• Ensure requirements development QA UAT flow is smooth
• Validate delivered features match requirements
• Prepare release notes and deployment instructions
• Coordinate with QA to ensure high quality
• Support billing by tracking hours and milestones

• What You Bring (Skills & Experience)Mandatory Skills

• 2-5 years working in a

  Salesforce functional / admin / consulting

  environment
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce objects, fields, automations, validation rules, flows

• Experience writing

  user stories & functional specs

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Experience working with tools like

  Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana

• Comfortable in customer-facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Apex triggers, Lightning components, SOQL (not codingjust awareness)
• Experience in QA or UAT testing
• Experience in Sales/Service cloud projects
• Ability to challenge unclear or incomplete requirements
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customers
