Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years Job Summary We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, developing, and managing e- commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C or B2B). You will play a pivotal role in building customer-centric, scalable, and high-performing digital commerce solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) , including Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA). Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement backend and frontend features, integrations, and customizations to meet functional requirements. Work with APIs, web services, and third-party systems to integrate payment gateways, inventory systems, CRMs, and other external platforms. Optimize and enhance the performance, scalability, and usability of Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. Build reusable code and libraries for future use, following Salesforce development best practices. Implement and manage content updates, promotions, and product catalogs in Commerce Cloud Business Manager. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features, releases, and industry trends. Create and maintain documentation for code, integrations, and system configurations. Qualifications Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development. Strong understanding of SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) or Site Genesis frameworks. Proficiency in JavaScript , Node.js , HTML , CSS , and SCSS . Experience in developing B2B and B2C e-commerce storefronts . Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager tools. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for third-party integrations. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git . Preferred: Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer ). Experience with Salesforce ecosystem integration (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud , Marketing Cloud ). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Familiarity with headless commerce and frameworks like React , Vue.js , or Angular . Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with e-commerce technologies.
