Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

As a Salesforce B2B Commerce Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, customizing and developing Salesforce B2B Commerce features, and configuring pricing, products, catalogues, and promotions within the B2B Commerce platform. Your duties will also include integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with other systems like ERP and CRM, ensuring data accuracy through cleansing and maintenance activities, monitoring integration issues, and providing user training and support to maximize the platform's utilization. Additionally, you will create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to B2B Commerce, analyze data for trends, and make data-driven improvement recommendations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Possession of the Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer or equivalent certification is highly preferred. You must have a proven track record in implementing and managing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions, a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and related technologies, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apex programming. Experience with agile development methodologies is considered a plus. Non-technical skills such as excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. As part of your responsibilities, you will stay updated on the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features and best practices, proposing and implementing enhancements to optimize the platform's performance and user experience. Your expertise in apex programming, CRM, Salesforce, agile development methodologies, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, integration, data management, reporting, ERP implementations, and analytics will be essential to succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role.,
