Job Summary: Were looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to support CRM and marketing automation initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and support platform enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for Sales and Marketing Cloud features. Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and reports. Collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery. Support testing, training, and user adoption. Analyze CRM and campaign performance through dashboards and reports. Requirements: 4+ years of Salesforce BA experience. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certification is a plus.
