Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements. Document business processes, workflows, and system integrations. 2. Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation: Work with technical teams to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs. Assist in developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, and process automation (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder). 3. Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams. Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and requirement documents. Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to improve adoption. 4. Data Management & Integration: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce through best practices. Work on data migration and cleansing activities as needed. Assist with Salesforce integrations (APIs, third-party apps, middleware tools like MuleSoft). 5. Testing & Deployment: Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate feedback collection. Support deployment and post-implementation troubleshooting. Identify and resolve system issues, working closely with Salesforce admins and developers. 6. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features. Propose enhancements to maximize Salesforce ROI. Support change management and adoption strategies.
