About the Role

Salesforce BI Developer

Salesforce objects and relationships


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain

    Power BI dashboards and reports

    using Salesforce data sources.
  • Integrate

    Salesforce data

    into Power BI via APIs, OData connectors, or ETL processes.
  • Create and optimize

    data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs

    for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts to understand CRM data structures and reporting needs.
  • Implement

    Row-Level Security (RLS)

    and manage data refreshes and scheduling in Power BI Service.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all BI solutions.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical BI specifications.
  • Develop and maintain ETL workflows and documentation for data pipelines.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide actionable business insights to stakeholders.

  • Power BI Certification (PL-300) or Salesforce Data Analyst Certification

Education

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
