Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at Krios Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading solution design and driving impactful digital outcomes for our clients. You will define and own Salesforce solution architecture for complex business needs, lead end-to-end technical design and development planning, and provide guidance on configuration, customization, and best practices. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce deployments, working directly with leadership and client stakeholders to drive solution success, and conducting technical reviews and providing architectural governance. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own Salesforce solution architecture for complex business needs - Lead end-to-end technical design, development planning, and integration strategy - Guide teams on configuration, customization, and best practices - Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce deployments - Work directly with leadership and client stakeholders to drive solution success - Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural governance Qualifications Required: - 8 to 15 years of Salesforce experience with strong architectural exposure - Strong command of Salesforce platform capabilities across clouds - Experience with integrations, APIs, and data models - Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions - Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration - Relevant Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage - Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field If you enjoy owning architecture decisions, guiding teams, and building platforms that scale, you'll fit right in with our hybrid role in Mumbai (On-site + WFH mix).
