Job Description

Salesforce Architect designs and implements Salesforce solutions, translating business needs into technical architectures, overseeing data modeling, integrations, and deployments, and often leading teams of consultants and administrators. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. Develop and document technical specifications and architecture diagrams. Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations. Ensure Salesforce implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards. Technical Leadership and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Participate in pre-sales activities, such as discovery sessions and proof-of-concept development. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Conduct assessments of existing CRM systems and identify areas for improvement. Participate in system testing and troubleshooting. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Contribute to the development of Salesforce governance strategies. Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. Technical Skills: Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules. Strong knowledge of Salesforce development languages (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, REST APIs). Experience with data migration and data warehousing. Understanding of systems architecture and design patterns . Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Solution Architect) are highly desirable.
