Job Description

Role Overview: As a SFDC Technical Solution Architect with 12-18 years of total IT industry experience, including a minimum of 9 years specifically in hands-on Salesforce.com architecting/solutioning and development, your role involves independently analyzing and developing applications, reviewing and designing solutions on ERP/CRM systems, and managing and mentoring a team. Key Responsibilities: - Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options, optimizing application development maintenance, and performance - Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation - Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements - Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues, resolving them on time - Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities by assembling content for case studies, coordinating internal seminars, and organizing sessions during hackathons - Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system - Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives, integrate and commission the overall solution - Influence and improve customer satisfaction by offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes - Attend industry/technology specific conferences and share knowledge with the team - Conduct peer reviews and demand high-quality standards from reviewed deliverables - Mentor and manage a team, setting goals for self and the team in NorthStar and providing timely feedback to team members - Manage delivery of modules, user stories, defects, and projects - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, standards for design/process/development, and deliverable documents - Report status of tasks assigned, comply with project-related reporting standards and processes - Contribute project-related documents, sharepoint libraries, client universities, and review reusable documents created by the team - Execute and monitor release processes, interface with customers, and advise software developers on design and development Qualifications Required: - Thorough knowledge of coding best practices and understanding the limitations of coding - Experience integrating ERP/CRM with external systems using SOAP API, REST API, etc. - Experience working in Agile methodology - Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, web-services - Experience with Google APIs, JQuery/any other JavaScript framework, ERP/CRM technology specific mobile development, analytics - Deep level proficiency in specialist area and architecting solutions on cloud-based infrastructures (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
