" id="description_102"> What s the role all about Provide consistent administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to: managing users, profiles and roles; customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts; manage, test, and implement workflow triggers, validation rules, alerts, automated email responses, managing and building reports etc. Troubleshoot problems and manage ongoing support requests from users Manage Salesforce data security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups Develop and maintain documentation of system configuration and customization Design, develop and deliver reports to measure Salesforce uses and impact Monitor Data loads, ticketing system, and overall health of the environment daily. Coordinate and lead user onboarding and ongoing training sessions and support Design and maintain a governance model for changes in configuration. Define best practices and be an overall SME and liaison for our Business Administrators and CRM champions. What do we look for in you 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Certification - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (required); Leverage knowledge of Salesforce products to support over 700 global users. Direct knowledge and experiance of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions. Applied knowledge of Apex triggers, IAM, Security and Access, Advanced Reporting, Auditing and Monitoring. Bachelor\s Degree or equivalent experience Strong communication and facilitation skills and ability to see a problem through a resolution, focusing on a short-term goal of resolving immediate issues and long-term goals of finding the root cause and resolving it. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices Ability to communicate technical needs and solutions with non-technical staff Highly organized and efficient with excellent time management skills Excellent analytical, process design and problem-solving skills Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
