We are looking for a dedicated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team and transform how our sales team operates. Key Responsibilities: Optimize Sales Tools and Resources: Ensure every sales team member has instant, intuitive access to the tools and templates in Salesforce (CRM) needed to close deals faster. Own the centralized repositories for Playbooks, Email, and WhatsApp templates, ensuring seamless access management. Drive Template Adherence and Efficiency: Monitor and track the usage of templates, identifying gaps and collaborating with teams to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives. Simplify Processes for Sales Teams: Streamline workflows, reduce complexity, and design performance dashboards that empower Inside Sales Managers (ISMs) to achieve peak productivity. Champion Sales Enablement: Align resources and processes to directly support sales goals, driving collaboration between sales and operations teams for unmatched efficiency. What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, preferably in managing templates, process audits, and adoption tracking (1-2 years) A stickler for detail who ensures processes and data are impeccable and actionable. An exceptional communicator with superior English skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams. Business acumen to understand sales priorities and align tools and templates for maximum impact. A problem-solver with empathy for on-the-ground sales challenges, dedicated to simplifying and enabling their success. Budget: 4-6 LPA, including 10% variable pay
