Salesforce Administrator

to support our inside sales team by managing Salesforce data, conducting market research, and facilitating lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of CRM systems and a passion for enabling sales success through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

Maintain and update Salesforce database with accurate customer and prospect information.
Manage user onboarding/offboarding and troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues.
Ensure data cleanliness, including duplicate management and record maintenance.
Prepare and import lead lists into Salesforce with proper formatting.

Market Research

Conduct research to verify company information prior to outreach.
Provide contextual reports on profiled lists and market segments.

Reporting & Analysis

Create and manage basic Salesforce reports and list views.
Monitor administrative audit dashboards and collaborate with Salesforce Admins to resolve discrepancies.

Additional Duties

Develop product knowledge to support sales efforts.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Experience using online tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft.
Familiarity with Salesforce user management and basic troubleshooting.
Understanding of market research and lead qualification techniques.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
