Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Administrator located in Nagpur. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and customizing the Salesforce platform, creating and maintaining dashboards, implementing validation rules, and ensuring data quality. The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce to meet business needs, and providing support and training to end-users. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Administration: Managing and customizing the Salesforce platform Skills in developing and implementing Validation Rules Proficiency in creating and maintaining Dashboards Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication Skills for training and supporting end-users Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus Experience working with CRM systems Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Note: Nagpur based immediate joiners only should apply
