Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator (Financial Service Cloud) to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The candidate will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth CRM operations. Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce Financial Service Cloud. Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and data security settings. Support integration of Salesforce with third-party applications. Perform troubleshooting, bug fixes, and system enhancements. Generate reports and dashboards for business analytics. Conduct user training and provide ongoing system support. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Experience with Financial Service Cloud is preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and automation. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, and API integrations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
