Salesforce Administrator Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra, India Band: 5B Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing Salesforce to meet our business needs, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with the development team to enhance our Salesforce modules. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Customization: Manage and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and permissions to align with organizational requirements. Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, and backups. Automation: Design and implement automation including flows, triggers, and approval processes to streamline operations. Reporting Visualization: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide valuable business insights. User Training Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users to maximize the effective use of Salesforce. System Upgrades Integrations: Perform system upgrades and manage integrations with third-party software to enhance functionality. Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to design and develop customized Salesforce modules that meet specific business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for system enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in any field; relevant technical certifications are a plus. 2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration. Salesforce Administrator Certification is required. Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
