Job Description

Description of an ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and has experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and has the ability to implement them. The commercial operations team is dedicated to automating tasks and improving user experience so the candidate should be able to demonstrate an ability to implement flows and other automation tools. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are critical for this role as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Core responsibilities: Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and system customization (experience with Salesforce Cloud) Implement automation in Salesforce using Flows Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes Required skills/experience to be successful in the role: 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Salesforce certification(s) is a plus Hard skills: SFDC Admin Familiarity with data management tools and techniques Problem solving & analytical skills Understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, profile best practices Soft skills: Communication and collaboration skills Additional desirable skills, that are not required: Salesforce admin certification(s) is a plus Key projects or initiatives upon hire: Manage user profiles & permission sets Own the process of inbound SFDC requests Help to improve the user experience through custom apps & page layouts
