Job Summary:

Account Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and support requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in handling customer accounts, tracking orders, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding products, services, and ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Support the sales team in upselling and cross-selling solutions when appropriate.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate when necessary to senior management.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer handling, client servicing, or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
