Job Summary:Wollybee™ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Offline Sales Manager to lead and expand our physical retail presence and direct-to-consumer sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing offline sales strategies, including establishing partnerships with retail outlets and managing Wollybee's presence at flea markets, kids' events, school Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), and similar relevant festivals. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales, direct sales, event management, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive offline sales strategies aligned with Wollybee's overall business objectives.Identify and pursue new offline sales opportunities, including partnerships with retail stores, educational toy stores, bookstores, schools, and other relevant outlets.Plan, organize, and manage Wollybee's participation in flea markets, kids' events, school PTMs, and similar festivals, including stall setup, product display, and sales activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and other key offline partners.Negotiate sales agreements and ensure favorable terms for Wollybee™.Manage and support sales representatives or teams, to achieve sales targets.Plan and execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and other offline marketing activities to drive sales.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient product distribution to offline channels.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in the offline retail space for children's educational products.Represent Wollybee™ at relevant industry events and trade shows. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Offline Sales Revenue GrowthNumber of New Retail Partnerships SecuredSales Volume in Key Retail ChannelsSell-Through Rate in Retail LocationsMarket Share in Offline ChannelsReturn on Investment (ROI) on Offline Sales ActivitiesStrength of Relationships with Key Retail Partners Qualifications: Experience in the kids educational products, toys, or related industries is a plus.Proven track record of success in offline sales management, with experience in retail and direct sales, including managing stalls or booths at events.Strong understanding of retail sales processes and strategies.Experience in event planning and logistics for sales purposes.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
