Sales Trainer (BFSI)

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for conducting New Hire Orientation Programs, assessing candidates for certification, and enhancing their knowledge about company products, policies, processes, and services. In the initial 3 months, you will provide On Job Training to new employees, monitor their productivity, identify training needs through collaboration with management, and conduct counselling sessions. Additionally, you will conduct motivational sessions for high vintage low performing employees, audit calls of DIP callers, provide feedback, deliver training on upselling to Sales Executives, felicitate Partner Brand Employees, and ensure the quality of applications through workplace visits and random checks.
