Role Title : Sales Trainee Location : Uttar Pradesh (UP East / UP West / Any district in UP) Company : ROL Agri Job Type : Training + Potential Full-Time Duration : 3 Months Training Program About the Role: ROL Agri is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven B.Sc. Agriculture graduates for the role of Sales Trainee . This is a structured 3-month field sales training program designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience in agri-input sales. Key Responsibilities: Support field-level sales activities in assigned regions Promote and demonstrate agri-input products to farmers and dealers Develop strong relationships with local distributors and retailers Collect market feedback and report competitor activities Maintain daily sales records and visit reports Participate in marketing events, field demos, and farmer meetings Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in B.Sc.
