Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and engage potential clients interested in purchasing residential or commercial properties. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Understand and assess client needs to provide tailored property solutions. 2. Property Promotion & Sales Present and promote upcoming real estate projects to prospective buyers. Conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction. 3. Market Analysis & Reporting Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager. Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and track sales activities. 4. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate smooth transactions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development. Qualifications & Skills Educational Background : MBA in Marketing or a related field. Experience : Freshers can apply Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Negotiation : Strong negotiation and closing skills to finalize deals effectively. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team. Adaptability : Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
