Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our Software. Educate clients on operations of Software, and the benefits of our offerings.Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Answer client queries related to Software.Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in our CRM. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Telecaller with a strong understanding of financial markets and stock market operations to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, promote our Software for financial market (Algo Trading,Logic Development), and generate leads by leveraging your expertise in the stock market. If you have excellent communication skills, and a drive to earn an attractive salary, we want to hear from you! Proven knowledge of stock market operations, and investment products (e.g., stocks, derivatives). Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the financial services or stock market sector, is a plus. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client relationship building. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
