Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Management

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.

• Ensure team members meet individual KPIs including presentations, closures, and revenue.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and monitor performance.

• Handle walk-ins, referrals, site visits, and corporate/event-based sales.


2. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead a team of sales representatives and guide them through the sales process.

• Conduct regular training, product refreshers, and objection-handling sessions.

• Motivate team members to maintain high energy and sales discipline.


3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Ensure high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.

• Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.

• Maintain strong follow-up discipline to maximize closures.

• Build relationships to increase referrals and repeat business.


Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Timeshare sales and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Team handling and performance management skills.

• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.

• High discipline, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

• Proven track record in timeshare or vacation ownership sales.
