Here’s a breakdown of the responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Key Responsibilities - Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. - Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to improve performance. - Target Achievement: Setting individual and team sales targets and ensuring they are met. - Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. - Market Analysis: Monitoring competition, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches. - Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies. - Reporting & Forecasting: Preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future sales. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
