Job Title: Sales Team Leader (Tele-Sales | EdTech & Fantasy Gaming Priority)

Location: Lucknow (On-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years, including at least 3 years of team handling
Industry Preference: EdTech (highest priority), Fantasy Gaming Apps (priority), Subscription Sales, Tele-Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Sales Team Leader with deep experience in tele-sales, lead conversion, and managing mixed teams (office + remote).
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in:

  • EdTech companies (preferred first)
  • Fantasy gaming apps (preferred second)
  • High-volume tele-sales environments

The candidate must have a strong record of closing leads on call, scaling sales teams, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Closing

  • Handle hot/warm leads and close high-ticket sales on calls.
  • Use structured pitches and objection handling to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and high conversion ratios.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.

2. Team Handling & Leadership

  • Lead, train, and manage both in-office and remote telesales teams.
  • Manage daily team operations such as task assignment, monitoring, and quality audits.
  • Conduct sales huddles, performance meetings, and KPI reviews.
  • Train new hires on sales scripts, communication, funnels, and closing techniques.
  • Improve team motivation, discipline, and productivity.

3. Process & CRM Management

  • Ensure proper usage of CRM tools (NeoDove, TeleCMI, TeleCRM, Exotel, etc.).
  • Maintain structured sales sheets, funnel reports, and dashboards.
  • Track every lead from interest to follow-up to closure.
  • Identify weak points in the sales process and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 7 years of total sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct team management in a tele-sales environment.
  • Prior EdTech sales experience is highly preferred (top priority).
  • Experience in fantasy gaming app sales is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of tele-sales closures.
  • Ability to manage 10–25 tele-callers across office and remote setups.
  • Excellent Hindi communication and workable English.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Sales funnels

  • Follow-up systems
  • KPI-driven performance
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
