Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead who will manage the entire client engagement process from lead coordination to product demonstration and closure. The ideal candidate will also lead and guide a team ensuring smooth execution of the sales process and achievement of team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Client Calling Executives and monitor their follow-ups.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure productivity and performance.
• Connect directly with potential clients to understand their business needs.
• Conduct software demonstrations (online/offline) showcasing product features and benefits.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor team performance, and share updates with management.
• Manage data and documentation efficiently using MS Excel and CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; basic understanding of ERP/software systems.
• Experience in software sales / ERP / SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and meet targets.
• Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner of new tools and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
