Role Overview:

Sales Team Lead

CTC: 4.8L - 6L + incentives

Vacancy: 2 nos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive lead generation strategies and oversee telesales operations.
• Lead the team in achieving sales targets and conversion goals
• Conduct revenue-focused follow-ups to ensure closures.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external channel partners to align sales objectives
• Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and optimize the sales funnel
• Use Zoho CRM to manage leads, analyse reports, track progress, and streamline communication.
• Analyze and do QA/QC of calls and scripts for increasing call efficiency

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum3-4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
• Prior experience using 

  Zoho/Other CRM

   is 

  preferred

• Proficient in MS Office and sales tracking tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales performance record
• Experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
