Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement and revenue targets. Oversee end-to-end loan processing activities ensuring timely and accurate loan approvals, documentation, and disbursal in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Monitor individual and team productivity, focusing on quality of client interactions and loan conversion rates. Implement and enforce risk management practices to minimize defaults and maintain portfolio quality. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance skills and productivity. Collaborate with credit, compliance, and collections teams to ensure smooth loan lifecycle management. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate business growth and operational efficiency. Analyze loan data and generate regular reports on team performance, portfolio health, and market trends for senior management. Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
