Even is backed by Alpha Wave, Khosla Ventures, Lightrock India, and other investors. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Sales Team Lead at Even. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, implementing sales strategies, training team members, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities: ✅ Team Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Set clear goals, track team performance, and conduct regular feedback and performance reviews Monitor team activity, ensuring discipline, productivity, and alignment with company values ✅ Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company objectives Drive field sales efforts to ensure consistent pipeline growth and conversion Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts ✅ Training & Development: Train new hires and upskill existing team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and customer communication Conduct field visits, on-the-job training, and regular coaching sessions ✅ Reporting & Analysis: Track sales KPIs and provide daily/weekly reports to management Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement areas Maintain accurate records of team performance, customer interactions, and market insights Qualifications Analytical Skills and Team Management Customer Service and Communication skills Sales Skills Experience in sales management or leadership roles Proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong leadership and motivational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Contact : Jerome TA Even 9942157433 jerome@even.in Show more Show less
