Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets effectively. - Drive admissions through outbound calling, counselling, and successful conversions. - Develop strategies to enhance lead conversion rates for better results. - Monitor team performance, provide necessary training and feedback for continuous improvement. - Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads to maximize sales opportunities. - Maintain accurate sales reports and keep open communication with the management team. Qualifications Required: - Proven 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales, including at least 1 year in a team lead role. - Strong leadership qualities and effective team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities. - Target-oriented mindset with the capability to perform well under pressure. - Willingness to work a 6-day schedule with either Monday or Wednesday off.
