Sales Team Lead

Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing EdTech division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and using CRM tools to optimise performance. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, mentoring sales executives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyse team performance using CRM tools to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Handle client escalations, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and share insights with management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales or related sectors.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic work environment.
