Responsibilities:- Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience with renowned developers. Extensive real estate experience with rich experience in people/Team management. Managing the entire site and staff (Sales) allocated at the site. Managing & driving the channel partner team to add more channel partners in their network. Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy Train and evaluate the teams performance (10 to 15 employees). Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates Knowledge of projects in Ghaziabad Market.
