Job Title: Sales Team Lead Location: Noida Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training, and share best practices. * Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills and productivity. Sales Strategy and Execution: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share. * Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that support sales efforts. Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key* customers and stakeholders. * Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: * Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management. * Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address gaps. * Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and forecasts. Training and Development: * Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Conduct performance reviews and create individual development plans for team members. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve sales processes continuously.
