Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. Provide information about our transport and logistics services to potential customers. Assist the sales team in generating leads and setting up appointments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved and they are satisfied with our services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
