Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting o Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and healthcare providers through digital, social, and traditional channels. 2. Market Research o Analyse market trends, industry developments, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. 3. Client Relationship Management o Foster long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction. 4. Sales Strategy Development o Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to meet revenue targets 5. Negotiation & Deal Closure o Lead discussions on pricing, proposals, and contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration o Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions and seamless customer experiences. 7. Performance Tracking & Reporting o Monitor key sales metrics (KPIs), track performance, and deliver insights and reports to senior management. 8. Brand Representation o Represent WONDRx at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.  3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client support, preferably in health tech, SaaS, or healthcare services.  Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data analytics tools.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
