Job Description

Key Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing customers via chat (WhatsApp, social media, etc.) Understand customer needs, answer product queries, and guide them through the order process Manage, update and Coordinate order information in the system accurately, internal teams. Maintain a record of leads and follow up to ensure high conversion rates Track leads, report leads and provide exceptional service with a focus on long-term customer relationships What We’re Looking For Good written and verbal communication skills in English Friendly, confident, and professional communication style Detail-oriented, and Comfortable using chat tools, spreadsheets.
