About the Organization:

Job Summary:

Client Advisory Support:
Prepare and send proposals/presentations to potential clients and maintain accurate records.
Customer Service:
Handle client queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Strategic Coordination:
Collaborate with teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
Cross-functional Support:
Work with Compliance, Investment Banking, and Operations teams for smooth execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Knowledge of investment products
(stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, etc.).
Good understanding or interest in financial markets & economic trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
Ability to work under pressure with
attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality of client and investment data.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Analytical & problem-solving mindset.
Proactive, self-driven approach and multitasking ability.

Qualification required:

Min. B.com graduate with 1 year relevant work experience
